We accept replace request for our product only if they are defective or damaged. For exchange of damage/ defective or wrong product consumer has to email us at wecare@sipup.in and our team will get in touch with you from there on for processing your request.
If for some reason we are unable to arrange the pick-up for our product from your location, it will be consumer’s responsibility to ship the product at our mentioned operating office address below within 3 days of return approval by our team:
