Return Policy

Flavon Beverages Pvt. Ltd. accepts return of product if a consumer found eligible to return the product under mentioned circumstances. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange beyond the mentioned circumstances.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

  • On the off chance that you have received a different product than what you had ordered, you need to notify us by email with the same within 48 hours. Our team will process your application for returns.*
  • In case you have received a damaged product, you can email us directly regarding the same to wecare@sipup.in within 48 hours. **

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

** Please attach some photo proof so it is easier for us to process the application for the return.

EXCHANGES POLICY:

We accept replace request for our product only if they are defective or damaged. For exchange of damage/ defective or wrong product consumer has to email us at wecare@sipup.in and our team will get in touch with you from there on for processing your request.

If for some reason we are unable to arrange the pick-up for our product from your location, it will be consumer’s responsibility to ship the product at our mentioned operating office address below within 3 days of return approval by our team:

After receiving the product at our operating address, we can process the return/exchange for you. 

Please note any delivery fees incurred by you in returning the items are at your own cost and a SipUp Credit Voucher may be issued by Flavon Beverages Pvt. Ltd. worth same value to the consumer against the courier voucher/ receipt. 

* There is no exchange available on sale/discounted items.

Sipup CREDIT VOUCHERS:

  • Sip-Up Credit vouchers are issued by Flavon Beverages Pvt. Ltd. for the customer against the cancellation of any product.
  • Sip-Up credit vouchers can only be used against the purchase of product done via www.sipup.in.
  • The consumer can avail the benefits via Sip-Up credit vouchers within 180 days from the date of issue.
