1. Are the flavors natural?
Sipup Tea & Tisane are made with 100% natural ingredients. We do not use any artificial flavors or preservatives.
2. Where do you source your ingredients from?
All our ingredients are sourced within India, from various places such as Himachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Odisha, Uttarakhand, Assam, Kerala, Darjeeling, Nilgiri, etc.
3. What is the allergy advisory for your teas or tisane?
Allergy advisories are specific to each blend and differ as per the flavor. For example, some of our teas or tisane may contain nuts like almonds. Visit the product page to know more.
4. How long should I brew my teas?
Tea should be brewed for 2-3 minutes at 90o C, depending on how strong you like your tea.
Tisane should be brewed for 3-5 minutes at 99o C, depending on how strong you like your Tisane.

5. How much tea or tisane do I need to put for one cup of tea or tisane?
We recommend using 1 teaspoon, i.e. 2g per cup of Tea or Tisane.
6. How long do you take to deliver once ordered?
Our delivery time frames are as under 5 to 7 working days once the order has been shipped.
